Did you know that we are a community partner with No Appetite For Bullying? Childhood is tough enough without being bullied for something out of your control; food allergies. Check out our website for a link to No Appetite For Bullying and see the resources they have for parents and caregivers!

Have you heard of Ready Set Food? It’s an early introduction program that introduces allergens like peanuts, milk, and egg. Let us know below if you’ve ever tried it or are interested in it!

Did you know there are children’s books about food allergies? And did you know that most of those children’s books are only in English? This book was found at a local bookstore @palabras_bookstore and is the Spanish version of ‘Just Ask!’ It discusses a variety of health diagnoses, including food allergies! It’s very exciting to see great steps in the right direction and accessibility for anyone that may not speak English. Happy reading! 📚📚

Do you know someone that carries epinephrine with them in case of an anaphylactic reaction? Would you know how to use it properly in case of an emergency? Pharmaceutical companies often provide a trainer with the the epinephrine prescription so the carrier can become familiar with how to use it. If you’re local to Phoenix we have some you can practice with too!

We are back! We took a long break after our amazing visit to Washington DC for the annual FARE conference but we are excited to get back into the swing of things this spring and visit our first wellness fair! Also check out our revamped website- it’s still a work in progress!
